What Franchise has done better?

What Franchise has handled Marvels characters better Fox or Sony in your opinion?

I'm going to go with Fox. Why? Because they didn't cast Topher Grace as Venom.

Fox easy. Sony has yet to really impress me. Not, to mention Fox utilizes alot the characters in the X-Men franchise(Mostly).

Sony.

As of right now, I will say Sony, not because they have more hits....but because they have less misses. However, that opinion is likely to change after DOFP.
