Plus, you say Earth so this excludes aliens, right? Because with the introduction of Angela in GotG, she's being shown as being as powerful as Gamora.

Over all other characters( whether they be male, female, androgynous, gynandronous, Neo-Confucian, or Vending-Machine stocker) in there own universe is the criteria
