What do you use for GIF making?

Well, the site I used to use doesn't seem to want to be working for me anymore... so, what kind of programs/sites do you guys use to make gifs?

@rbt: Does it work with youtube? Or is it only for videos you have on your computer?

Never tried with youtube. I don't think it supports youtube though.
