Although I like their content pretty much equally, I voted Marvel because DC has too many crossovers.

I used to like them both pretty much equally but since the New 52 started I find myself dropping title after title from DC

Have dropped most of my DC titles over the last year and am really enjoying whats going on in the Marvel U at the moment.

Valiant

Between the 2 I have to say tie(will vote Marvel though as I have a feeling that it is in the lesser position). Favorite is the one that does TMNT and Transformers and does them well.

#8 Posted by TheManInTheShoe (3874 posts) - - Show Bio

Marvel of course, they have more readable titles at the moment.

Archaia Entertainment - "Artesia" and "The Mouse Guard" are great. I just started reading "Spera". I'm really enjoying how coherent the stories are and the stories are high quality.

I like characters from both equally, but I have more experience with DC (both animated & comic), so there's a greater sense of familiarity & therefore comfort with DC. (Marvel I know a lot of facts because of reading wikis/summaries, but DC I know a lot from actually having read the source material).

This Exactly! Except with Marvel instead of DC. :P

Oh....

Well, that works too...

haha. One of the perils of the internet, I have no idea if that's too old of a reference/joke for you.

Valiant is currently the best publisher.

For the poll I put DC because I think they're more organized than Marvel. Plus, I like DC a bit more in general.

@lightsout:

Lol. I didn't get it at first, but after a quick Google search I got the reference.

I guess I'm just a little too young to remember. :P

Dark Horse.

I voted DC though, since prior to both companies becoming total crap, DC was always better.

#21 Edited by Bruxae (12274 posts) - - Show Bio

I picked DC, mainly because I dont like Marvel's characters as much.

I refuse any attempts to get me to choose between Batman and Spider-Man.

@lightsout:

Ha ha.

Kinda wish I was a little older, though. That show sounds fun. :)

I go with DC mostly due to my exposure to the Timm-verse as a child.

#29 Posted by TDK_1997 (14452 posts) - - Show Bio

Currently from those it;s DC and it has always been DC but right now I like the most Dark Horse or Image.

#30 Posted by AlForeigner (80 posts) - - Show Bio

Has to be Marvel for me, although I prefer more characters from DC than Marvel, they do far too many crossovers for my liking.

#31 Edited by MSzekeresh (94 posts) - - Show Bio

Darkhorse or Image

#32 Edited by Dreadmaster (16778 posts) - - Show Bio

I might drop most of Marvel and DC and pick up the Valiant titles.

@charetter115: Bats has a weakness for Samoas, and Alfred thing-mints, so they're cool with it.
