MM is sometimes in the same strength level as Superman, and other times he is easily defeated by whoever the JL is fighting at the moment. And Batman can sometimes kick down brick walls , and sometimes he has to blow them up

Bruce Banner. One minute he's this scrawney 95 pound weakling and the next he's a planet buster with muscles out the wazoo. Seriously, Marvel, does continuity mean anything to you?

Silver Surfer, not even close. At points he is near Thanos levels in power at others he is taken down by mexicans with sledgehammers

I think all the heroes show Inconsistentcy...you have flash moving at jaw dropping speeds but yet he gets tagged by slower guys all the time as well as superman...as well as all the characters that my fellow viners has already expressed as well...Itz just apart comics...so I guess it's rather consistent ...

Hulk one minute he can drop thor the next he loses to captain America

The character's power is not the problem it is the writers who decide to change it up from one scale to the next.
