Marvel:

Iron Fist would make for some amazing fight scenes, IMO. He would be my first choice for MCU. Other characters if love to see are Luke Cage, Beta Ray Bill, Sentry, Elektra, and really many others.

DC:

First of all if they made a JLD movie or solo movies for JLD members I'd die of excitement. Others would be Martian Manhunter, Atrocitus, Hush as a main Batman villain, Doomsday and too many more to count.
