What can Hulk's healing factor protect him against?

So Hulk's healing has helped him with knifes,bullets,insanely powerful punches, etc. But what about werewolf,zombie, and vampire bites? Would his healing factor just brush off the viruses or would he turn??

I am pretty sure his body would adapt an would fight the viruses off, but in the spider island secret wars event he did get turned into a spider hulk an then a lizard hulk

His healing factor puts Wolverines to shame, I don't think there's much his body won't protect against. The feats shown in the respect thread are pretty insane.
