What about Venom's movie?

Now that Marvel retreived rights for Spider-Man movies (sorta) and Amazing SM 3 is not happening, what are the plans for a Venom movie? Is there any information upon who will direct it (Marvel Studios or Sony), who will it star (Eddie or Flash), and the approximate release date?

@cyberwarrior: I've heard that the sinister six movie is still going on. But I don't see the point in continuing it since TASM3 is not happening. And I think The Venom movie got scrapped.
