Well.... I think it's official.

He's such a go to for everything. THey also wanted him to play Lex Luthor or James Bond. NOt sure he can do anything at DC for the time being, but he does hate that Marvel doesn't use him more.

It's why I don't pay attention to fan castings. He's a good actor, but he can't play EVERY role.

2020 is still kind of far to know who the GL casting is, unless WB are revealing who the selected cast is, because said cast is going to be a part of the JL film, which is a closer release.

Tyrese would have 2-5 years to improve his acting with more dramatic roles anyways

All he really has to do is play the straight man. He's known for being a comedic relief character, but now he has to play a man with a military background. I hope all this campaigning means he knows the character inside and out.

2020 ? That´s a lot of time for me to wait, I really want to see a good Green Lantern movie.

Green Lantern will still be in Justice League Part 1 and Part 2,and I'm sure they'll be tons of cameos or references in those movies too all sorts of things.

I'm hoping we will get Hal Jordan. He needs some justice.

Well, they tried once with Hal...didn't really work well.

So, it seems more like it would be pandering to give Hal another movie, but honestly, I don't see a reason for any backhandedness since at the end of the day, both sides can be happy.

Although I will hate this decision but as I have kinda made my peace with Gal I may do the same with him(if he is really playing).I read somewhere WB didn't actually ruled him out...That being said Tyrese needs to improve a lot...I have never seen John doing a joke or even funny on purpose so he need to be miles ahead of what he naturally does...

Second of all Jordan need to be in JL and the main Lantern in GL movies....if Stewart becomes the main guy and Tyrese is playing that guy that would be upsetting...because you don't need some cheesy acting and ruin the GL movie for the second time...Pine is a far better actor than him and if there is a chance of making a GL franchise Jordan needs to be that captain of the ship(pun intended)
