Give me a good girl power game, maybe Zatanna, Wonder Woman or Birds of Prey. Or a game based on Suicide Squad or Teen Titans would be really awesome.
WB Montreal is Expanding Their DC Universe Games
These are who I'd love to play a game with:
- Deathstroke
- Red Hood & Arsenal (it would be cool as hell to play co-op or a single player mode with missions for each)
- Green Arrow
- Flash, but only if they get the speed right; I don't want to feel like just a casual speedster
- Lobo; only if it's OG Main Man Lobo, not Nightwing Lobo
- The Question (Vic Sage); so many possibilities. Besides the standard action, there can be detective/puzzle elements, platforming, stealth, a huge conspiratorial storyline, etc.
@punyparker: Arkham Origins is easily the best Batman to date.
Easily a no.
I really hope this adds smoke to the fire of rumours for a Superman game but WB Montreal are not necessarily the best or most acclaimed game developers in the business. There are other studios who could make an even better Superman game and would be more suited for it too. Still, maybe it'll be better than other Superman games, who knows.

It had some good points to it I've realised in hindsight, better boss battles than most of Rocksteady's Arkham games and the best representation of Bane in the Arkhamverse. But clearly it isn't the best Batman game to date, even Arkham Knight overshadows it at this point. Being the worst of several good games isn't too bad though.
@ninjawarrior268: story wise? Eh, I don't know about that one
If they make another Arkham game, without Rocksteady in charge, it'll be a big mistake.....
Make a Superman game, or a Suicude Squad one, whatever, don't touch Batman.
Never gonna happen, not till we are super close to Virtual Reality technology. SS would be a cool one, missions with different characters or online team stuff.
Well they did have this game from Superman, I certainly enjoyed playing this one on the xbox if you don't take it too serious like Batman from rocksteady.

I can see how easily they could have made a Flash game here too if they wanted.
To me, I suspect they might do Superman and Suicide Squad.
Though I would like to see Green Arrow and Flash also. And Green Lantern but I think they might stay away from that for a bit.
Aquaman is basically just Superman in water so it would be really difficult to make him swim just like it is difficult to make Supes fly..
Good options:
Suicide Squad
Arrow
Flash(least likely as also very hard to make him run and for people to actually see him run)
Deathstroke
Green Lantern(Also very unlikely but very cool as well!!)
As much as I love the Arkham games if they never make another one I'll be happy. It's time that Superman had a good game here's hoping WB Montreal agrees.
Still sticking with Superman & Suicide Squad. Both will be getting massive exposure over the next year or so, and the ending of Origins basically confirmed a SS game, as did Geoff Johns. And interestingly; Eric Holmes, who was the director of WBM a few years ago, stated he expected to see a Superman game 'soon'.
Those asking for a Deathstroke game, I'm quite certain he'd be in Suicide Squad (I believe Arkham Knight hints he indeed took up Waller's offer), and I think a good Superman game is the key to getting properties like Flash, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, etc.
I don't know if they'd deviate from street level characters to high tier ones, though Jesus do I want a JL game.
Too many ppl confusing WB Montreal with Rocksteady. WBM are known for making the lowest rated and worst Arkhamverse game in the series, and the only one they've done without Rocksteady. Hopefully they learned some things from being so maligned.
Even then, more DC games from Rocksteady is only exciting to people who just want more of the same. After 3 Arkham games, its time for something different and new. Arkham City is far superior to Arkham Knight on many levels.
@thomaselliot: which levels?
Genuine question
I would not mind playing one of the following hero games... or a mix of several of them in one game: Batman Beyond (DC), Moon Knight (Marvel), Dare Devil (Marvel), Cyborg (DC), Arrow (DC), Superman (DC), Wonder Woman (DC), Black Widow (Marvel), or maybe a crossover between Marvel and DC using the RockSteady engine.
A game that's only about Nightwing, Batgirl, or Catwoman will not work. They're just street fighters, they're too lame with nothing special really. Too similar to Batman.
However, Green Arrow would be awesome, you'd combine arrows, bows, and acrobatics to traverse.
A Wonder Woman game would just be a fighting game with flight and a lasso. Yes, they might make creative use of these abilities, but an awesome rouge cast (instead of generic war characters), like a mad inventor who has a gadget for everything, it's not a good idea.
Flash is difficult. He fluctuates on CV.
Green Lantern would have strange but creative space mechanics.
Superman? Not a chance if it's by Montreal.
Suicide Squad is a step in the right direction if they're looking to cash in on the upcoming film. Setting the stage early will pay off in the long run for WB Montreal whether or not their final product leaves hardcore fans unhappy. People are stupid. They'll buy it.
Of course, they can't go wrong experimenting with a spinoff Nightwing game. He isn't as huge a commodity as Bats so the stakes aren't as high. It's a chance to introduce different game play mechanics independent from anything previously encountered in pre-existing Arkham entries. Offer something dynamic and kinetic. I'm of the belief NW works best not in a stealth setting but a sprawling cityscape, running off
spiderman/assassin's creed hybrid type engine
