During WonderCon, this weekend, DC showed off another Batman short to celebrate Batman's 75th anniversary. The newest short is called "Batman Beyond." Can you guess what it's about?

The short features the return of Will Friedle as Terry and Kevin Conroy as the much older Bruce Wayne. Excited, fans? Well, luckily, Yahoo has this short posted online so everyone can check it out.

Did you see all the different versions of Batman at the end? "Batman Beyond" will appear on Cartoon Network on Wednesday, Apr. 23 at 6:30 p.m. after a new episode of Teen Titans Go!

Probably the last time we'll see the Beware the Batman Batman.

Love seeing all the animated Batman incarnations! Odd that we don't see the 1970s animated Batman or Nolan Batman though. Now to listen to the Batman Beyond theme for extra nostalgia.

So awesome!

Is this the complete short or is it gonna be aired a longer version on Cartoon Network?

*Sigh* Now I really want Batman Beyond to come back. I love the comics, but it's just not quite the same as having a cartoon to watch.

I'm going to re-watch Batman Beyond.

I'm ashamed of you... go to netflix now!

Batman Beyond was great, it was cyberpunk and still managed to keep its themes dark and mature. Gotham will always be the scum of the Earth I guess

That just made my day. I loved seeing "The Batman" design again too!!

That was one sweet short. Definitely better than the last one, good as it was. The Bat Tsui finger pose on the Adam West robot was hilarious! So great to see Batman Beyond again, that was the show that got me into Batman, not the legendary Batman: The Animated series. Batman Beyond had a great futuristic feel without losing the original themes that make the Batman mythology so compelling. Cooke captured that tone in the short very well.

I can't stop watching it.

Nope, he's coming back in May.

@allstarsuperman:

You're not missing much.

While this anniversary thing was ok the show in general is pretty mediocre to bad. Terry is a terrible character and his villians suck the only good part of the show was old Bruce Wayne. Though i would be intrested in a Justice Leauge Beyond show since the comic is so awesome but DC hasn't been doing smart things lately so we'll probbably get more Teen Titans Go and Beware the Crapman.

It really piss me off all the things DC has done for Batman 75th anniversary compared for what they did for Superman's. F#CK YOU DC

Just a reminder of how epic Batman Beyond was and how refreshing the series was to the mythos. Also, seeing some of the different versions of Batman within the Beyond world was really cool! ^_^

@micah:

He was beyond generic. Barely any personality was just there because they needed a kid for the concept. Could've gave us an INTRESTING kid.

#34 Posted by micah (1269 posts) - - Show Bio

@thewalkingdeadpool18: He's a rough, street smart kid who wanted a better life, he thought he would never live up to Bruce and had to work extra hard to get out of his shadow and was a bit of a wisecracker. He's what you get when you combine Batman with Spider-Man. I mean look at the way Terry fights, he's like a spider. All those reasons and more, make for a great character.

Superman is lame, though I do agree that this is a lot for Batman in comparison.

#43 Posted by SupBatz (1727 posts) - - Show Bio

Pretty cool. Wish we got Young Justice Batman as well, just to show the YJ love. But that minor nitpick doesn't make this short any less awesome. I'm so happy that they got Conroy and Friedle back for this.

#44 Posted by thewalkingdeadpool18 (386 posts) - - Show Bio

@micah:

That's one of the reasons i don't like him. The generic street kid trying to make a better life. That hasn't been done to death *yawn* plus they combine their most popular character with Marvels most popular character you think it would end up awesome but it ends up crap. It feels like a crappy fanfic of some fanboy trying to combine his favorite characters but the result is crap. I like the concept of BB but Terry is a terrible character,his villians suck and are either Spider-Man villian rip offs or basically rehashes of Batman villians but now in the future. Also as a show the writing just wasn't there.

Now maye a Justice Leauge Beyond show as good as the comic and i would be all over that. That could save the DC cartoons from the rut they're in.

My body was not prepared to be hit by that extreme level of nostalgia XD

Terry is back, and fighting an army of robot Batman from over the years, alongside the older Bruce! THE MOST EPIC THING IN THE HISTORY OF ANYTHING EVER!

$20 says H.A.R.D.A.C. from BTAS was behind this.

@thewalkingdeadpool18:

Inque, Mad Stan and the Jokerz crew were pretty cool villians.

I don't know if you heard but DC Nation is dead. Cartoon Network pulled it without saying a word -_-
