By the end(Peter), there were several.
If you mean "Ultimate Spider-Man" before it became "Ultimate Comics Spider-Man" after Ultimatum, then it's hard to pick, to be honest.....some slow paced issues, sure, but bad?.....i think not even one.

I didn't like a lot of the first venom issues. I thought the story was really rushed.

I loved it all, and have the complete collection.

The Geldoff character from #40 was pretty bad and the 2 issue Wolverine/Spider-man body swap was mediocre except for Logan trying to bang an under age Mary-Jane.

Every single issue was amazing.
