And why?
And why?
Guardians of the Galaxy. Even if it was terrible, It would have been amazing just to see Star-Lord, Drax, Gamora, Rocket, and Groot in a movie.
But thankfully, it was not terrible. The story and characters were some of the MCU's best. It has some of the best movie battles in recent memory. And it made the Marvel Cinematic Universe a much bigger place.
There's something I often call it: "The best Star Wars movie in 30 years".
How To Train Your Dragon 2. I mean, the FEELS I got from that movie. It was well written, well animated, had GREAT characters and good humour. I loved Hiccup stepping up to his father's mantle but my favorite scene was when Stoic and Valka (badass) were reunited; Don't even get me started on how much I loved that scene and how those two reacted to each other. And then the dance. That was good.
Man, this one is tough.
I really liked How to Train Your Dragon 2 and Guardians of the Galaxy a lot.
I wish Maleficent had been a little better (and longer).
How to train your Dragon 2.
Ok, so i'll start with talking about the other films.
Planet of the Apes : it was a very good movie. I really enjoyed it. Everything was almost perfect.
Transformers 4 : well...what would you expect? It's transformers. ( read as "dumb but enjoyable" )
TASM2 : one of the worst films i saw.
X-Men : really well done. Although there were some things that were annoying me. And it was aby too long. ( i love the scene in the Kitchen...as everyone i presume )
TMNT : it was...ok. Although not very good.
GotG : one of the best Marvel movies ( it's not hard to be one of the best marvel movies. As almost everyone is bad. ) above GotG ( as for me ) there's only Ironman 1, X2 and Thor1
Hercules ( why isn't it on the list?!? ) : it's...so...dumb. The first couple of minutes of the movies are ok. But then...it's like the writer Enterprises a mode of "i'll write Annything that will look dumb on the screen". Jesus i hate this movie.
But then...HOW TO TRAIN YOUR DRAGON 2. It's basicly ONE OF THE BEST AniMatrixie movies i have ever saw. I love this movie. There's action, there's fun, there's chilling speaches & fights, there's love, there's movie twists...so good. All those badass fights. The dance & singing by Stoic & Valka. The reunition of the family. And the emotiOns...i was almost crying when...Stoic died. I wanted to stand up and scream : NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!
Really, it doesn't happen to me really often when watching animation. Murderstomps the others.
@mrnoital: man...i don't care. Im so happy they are filming Sin City. And that Frank Miller is involved. I like when creators even though not all movies based on their work are good, still are willing full to make new movies, Frank miller or Stan Lee are perfect examples. Not like Alan Moore ( he's stories are the best in the world ) who doesn't want to have any link with the movies like "V for Vendetta", "Watchmen" that i really liked.
Easily Guardians of the Galaxy
Also why is X-Men on there didn't it come out in May?
hmm idk, it was under summer on Boxofficemojo.

I agree 1000%
@themetalgearzero: @spidey_jackson: @thor_parker82: I'm glad I'm not the only one who enjoyed ASM2!

That's awesome! It really did live up to the hype...
X-Men.
Apes was good and everything about Caeser was amazing, but the supporting characters were all generic crap which held back imo.
Guardians stomps
hard
@havenless: haha, yeah sorry about that, I would've probably voted for TWS if it was on here too.
Oh c'mon. All You Need is Kill at least deserves to be an option.
...sorry, I mean "Edge of Tomorrow." :3
no you had it right the first time. :-)
Tough pick between Guardians, X-Men, and Apes, but I'd actually give this one to Guardians of the Galaxy.
@fallschirmjager: Did you hear that they changed it AGAIN for the home media release?
@fallschirmjager: Did you hear that they changed it AGAIN for the home media release?
they just added Live. Die. Repeat. in front of Edge of Tomorrow.
but yeah. hollywood has been doing this crap a lot lately. Warlord of Mars =/= John Carter. And they changed "There and Back Again" to ..."Battle of the Five Armies"...
@fallschirmjager: Well yeah, but now Edge of Tomorrow is just the subtitle, as the official name is "Live. Die. Repeat. / Edge of Tomorrow."
It's just weird. And I'm sure it's a nightmare for marketing. I'm not sure why it's becoming so common. There and Back Again is such a better title too.
