Underrated or Undiscovered!!!

Characters from writers barely mentioned or flat out undiscovered, that someone could shed light on to maybe interest a new reader. Maybe even be used against or compared to by another character!!!

But only similarities and likenesses well within reason example: Mat Bolan from Tom Clancey=Punisher or Dritz Do Urden=Legolas and so forth!

hmm not sure I think that Old Hob is a very compelling character than doesn't get mention anywhere (from TMNT)

Also David Zavimbe from Batwing is a great character in a different setting.
