Anything by Douglas Paszkiewicz is underrated and awesome.
Chew, Hack & Slash, the Boys, the Crossed (just kidding, I still feel bad about enjoying this title :))

:O You are the first person I have met that has read it besides me.
Much of Peter Milligan's mostly uncollected early stuff like Skin, Shade the Changing Man,& Enigma. His run on X-Factor/X-Statix is likewise under appreciated. Joe Casey's Wild Cats is definitely underrated. Could probably just do a whole list of Casey alone; Automatic Kafka, Adventures of Superman, Uncanny X-men, Zodiac, Vengeance all should be read more widely. Frank Miller & Dave Gibbons' The Life and Times of Martha Washington is a super, masterful work that IMO ought to be talked about among either's best works. Warren Ellis' New Universal had HUGE potential, As Did Fell...sadly that damned hard drive crash killed those books.

Well, I and most comics people from my generation have. I still have the hard cover edition in perfect shape.
Martian Manhunter American Secrets has a pretty great quality to unknown-ness ratio.
Batman Holy Terror and Flashpoint are two great Elseworlds involving Norm Breyfogle that I feel are under appreciated.

Enigma has been collected. It's just out of print ;P

I just read Elk's Run and loved it. Pretty much anything by Joshua Hale Fialkov his a hidden gem. Echoes is another great one.
