1. I would rather be ...Ultron because he has a high chance of coming back and augmenting his self.
2. I prefer to be Brainiac because he seems to be more his own person and less dogmatic than Ultron
3. Ultron is inherently stronger without requiring extra technology
4. Brainiac is the better planner with better technologies. Ultron doesn't come across as a deep planner. He's rather shallow and a kit basher*.
5. Ultron and Brainiac meet each other? It could be interesting...I imagine they might be torn apart by creative differences.

7. Ultron would win the brawl. Brainiac would win the chess match.

I see numerous sources that credits Ultron as being the creator of the Vision...but really he just added onto the core parts that were created by Dr.Hammond...so the Vision isn't entirely his own work.

3. Which Is Stronger Physically? Brainiac. Ultron is living tech; Brainiac basically is too. That means that they can upgrade themselves infinitely because it's just like someone working out; I'd say Brainiac has the edge with his technology, thus can make himself physically superior. Without upgrading much though I'd say Ultron has the more efficient construction physically.
4. Which Is Smarter (Planning/Tech) Brainiac in both categories.
5. Would You Like Them To Meet Sometime In The Future ? Meh, I wouldn't care much, I've never seen them in any comics except some free Avengers comics from May.
6. Post Scans Of There Coolest Feats (Plz) Nope. Don't have any.
7. Who Would Win In A Brawl/Chess Match Brawl might be Ultron... Chess match definitely Brainiac. Brainiac might win the brawl though, as I said they can both augment their strength technologically since they are both living technology, and Brainiac is by far the smarter and more resourceful.
