I like Braniac more

Who would win in a fight is debatable...but I will give it to Braniac because I think he's smarter and would find a way. Plus he has been shown to be more ruthless, cold, and calculating in battle.

But like I said, it's debatable and I could possibly seeing it going both ways

I like Ultron better but Brainiac would win in a fight because he's vastly more intelligent.

I like Brainiac better. I can understand him. Ultron not so much.

I really like classic Brainiac, 80s full robot Brainiac, B13, and Morrison's Collector of Worlds. However I don't care much for the current Johns version. I'll take Ultron over that.
