Ultimate Hawkeye or regular Hawkeye??

Just wondering who's the better hawkeye? Ultimate or the regular one?? Or the movie one? Or is there any other version who's better...

and after that is that version better than Bullseye??

Ultimate no doubt about it. Better than Bullseye I believe with his super sight and twitch factor. He can use anything as a weapon. He even used his own finger nails to kill of guards who tied him to a chair.
