Lizard, probably. I forgot about him.

Wolverine is not a street leveler in my opinion.

Sabretooth I forgot about, and Arachangel is not Street level.

Anyone who can lift a car shouldn't be in the same category as Bats. Even Iron Man - though human - is above street level.

@Nightwing_1234: No worries man. Some people consider street level characters as being people with no powers like batman, captain america, hawkeye etc. Sometimes people will consider people like Spiderman, deathstroke or wolverine street level characters even though they have special powers and abilities. You could consider all of them street level (to some extent), but it is up to the maker of the thread to clarify If they are going to allow people like spiderman or deathstroke or people who might be better than people without powers.
