Jason Todd = Awesome. Much cooler as red hood than he ever was as robin.

When  was Max Lord a hero?  I always thought of him a non-hero civilian until he turned evil.

Magneto started as a villain and now he's sorta grey area but has never really been a hero so I don't see how he's qualified as a hero becoming a villain

I didn't like Monarch.

As for Nightwing becoming Renegade, I don't consider that bad as he became Renegade not tto become  a villian but to infiltrate the society, and  he was far from evil as he was teaching Rose how to be a hero.

I agree!  Nightwing wasn't technically a villian.  He was undercover (though Superman didn't know that).

Rose would be totally evil if not for Nightwings heroics =)     

I doubt half of the commentors for this even watched the damn list!

Actually, I liked that Hal & Jason Todd became villians. Its really the best thing to have happened, & reforming them was not the proper thing to do, either for them or the other chracters. Well, ok, its good for them in that they arent evil, they get let off the hook, but it is still wrong.

Hal;s city got blown up, so maybe he over reacted, but, like with Batman, bad stuff is allowed to happen, & the good/ innocents dont get recons.

Jason was never avenged. The Joker is still loose. Batman has created several heros in Dick, Tim, Barbara, Cassandra, Batwoman, Flamebird, he should have a few attempts at Robins that turn into villians. Jason & Spoiler, both people who know how he works, but turn evil. Much better than trying to shoe-horn them into an already crowded birdcage, at the expense of the other characters, just cause DC wants the sales boost due to someone new running around in the suit, plus the power of their name or some other "controversy" like with Spoiler

There needs to be a villian who was a good guy, but then just switches sides when he realizes that the villians never go away.

I think Cassandra Cain's situation is switched. She was first a villain, but that was because of her father's training and influence. She's not really what I'd have called a villain, especially since she was so young and did not mean to kill. Then, she became a hero. I also wouldn't call her worst "anything". Cassandra Cain is a great character.

I think Hal should be number 1, with Scarlet Witch being #2, or at least both of them higher up than Cassandra. Though Mary Marvel's turn was pointless as well.
