What about Apocalypse and Carnage, one kills for fun in the most gory ways imaginable and the other had almost all of earth under his iron fist because of survival of the fittest! Even Mikhail Rasputin is more vicious than Galactus!

@Zoom: I like Galactus I think the concept behind the character is cool, but admittedly he needs some more chartacter development, and and why couldn't you finish Spawn? also who what did you think of the rest of the list, and who would you replace Galan and Spawn with?

@.Mistress Redhead.: True it's been said a million times, Batman has the best Rogues gallery in all of comics. And any of them I could see Making a Top 10 list of villains (even the lesser known ones like Calendar Man, and Firefly are unique and cool). But it's hard not to put Joker at the top of the list.
