1. Ultron: specifically how Kurt Busiek wrote him, determined, methodical, ruthless and just plain powerful.

2. Doctor Doom: I hate how they hyperbole him around here, but with that said he is the greatest Fantastic Four villain.

3. Sabretooth: great bad guy, savage, evil... unfortunately a victim of overexposure and I enjoy him when he gives grief to others besides Wolverine.

4. Galactus: I think of him as a villain and his planetary threat aura is way cool.

5. The Green Goblin: just keep Bendis away from him!
