title suggestions

hey guys I joined this site a few months ago and noticed how a lot of you are very knowledgeable when it comes to comics and I was wondering If anyone can help me out here. I've always been a huge fan of epic religious/mythological fantasy like artifacts, thor, the newly released angela, etc and I was wondering if there are other titles similar to them that I can read. thanks in advance :)

Hellboy is a must read. It's really more of a supernatural book, but it does have several mythological/religious themes.

And, really, Hellboy is a must read no matter what genre you're into.

Jack Kirby's 4th World.

Yet, that teetered more on astrotheology, than mythical/religious. Still, it takes some pointers from bible stories.

New 52 has good magical tittles

Justice League Dark (pretty much a Justice League of sorcery)

Constatine (cool solo magic tittle)

I Vampire (Vampire and it isnt like twilight)

Demon Knights (Medial Age tittle with most magical characthers)

Wonder Woman (She kind always dealt with Greek Myths like Creatures and Gods and magical characthers like Circe and Cheetah but New 52 she is influenced heavily on Greek Myths)

Anything involving Ghost Rider.

I suppose you can also read Witchblade.

Walt Simonson's Ragnarök.

would recommend Demon Knights & Wonder Woman from the New 52. Witchblade is good read from Image.

The easy answer is often the right answer so... Sandman baby! With the movie announcement incoming there is no better time to read this masterful series.

You'd love X-O Manowar from Valiant. It is sci-fi and with a very fantasy-like mythos. It is consistently good and one of my favorite series so highly recommend you start from the very beginning. You could get the deluxe editions and trades for a pretty low price; catching up shouldn't be too bad and its always awesome to support an indie book. Enjoy!
