I liked her, always thought she could've been a great Batman villain. She also reminded me of Angelina Jolie for some reason.
She did have the biggest arse in the DCAU(just watch the 'Lion & the Unicorn' and you'll see what I mean) =) though her voice could've used some youth to it. She sounded too old.
She was interesting. I wouldn't have minded seeing her a bit more.
But I don't think she's nearly as deserving of attention as some other underused TAS characters (Roxy Rocket, Baby-Doll, and Calendar Girl come to mind).
