Though, as it says clearly on the OP, the only way of winning is your opponent either vomiting or passing out. It says nothing about death.
If Thor still retains a few of his Norse Myth feats, then he wins, dude drank the sea out of a bottle. We'll not the whole sea, but the fact that he can tank a near endless supply of saltwater, means beer or mead ain't doing ish.
