Ok....I admit it. I have a tendency to rant and bitch about Marvel lately....(especially when I'm up late at night) but...

Congratulations to Marvel for the pairing of Jason Aaron and the Mighty Thor. Matt Fraction's Thor, God love him, was weak...especially after J. Michael Straczynski's wonderful run.

Thor is Jason Aaron's book and I believe in his hands it will be one of the best-selling comics in Marvel's history.

To be fair though, I will say Fraction's Hawkeye is quite awesome as well.

So to all those who have read my late-night rants about Marvel's money making schemes, I apologize...

The future of Marvel is in good hands when paired with great books and authors.

So....I say again, the street heroes and Gods are in great creative hands. Now only if they would take our traditional super-heroes and pair them correctly...like Bendis' X-Men and Aaron's Wolverine & X-Men, Marvel will get more of my direct orders.

Thanks for reading....until my next blog, make mine creator owned books!!!!

Yes, his Thor is right next to Simonson's legendary run, and it's easy to see the similarities and inspirations.
