I did not care for the first arc of Batman/Superman (not a fan of characters crossing over into other universes) but #05 looks pretty good and I will check it out.
can anyone tell me if superman unchained is canon? continuity wise, i mean. like is this the regular superman in his own titles and justice league? id ask if superman/batman is canon but the preview says it is? please help thanks
Wow I'm gonna have a big stack of comics on my pull list this week! Some great stuff, especially Green Arrow (one of DC's best books right now I think), and also lovin' Pacheco's art on Captain America. I'm gonna hop onboard Iron Man with issue #18 as previous ones never did it for me -- so this looks like a good jumping on point.
Am I the only one who doesn't like Superman unchained, and by that I mean Scott Snyder on the book. I just don't think he knows how to write Superman very well and his story so far has being a bit boring. Am looking forward to Pak's Action Comic issue and Batman/Superman.
So pumped for Superman Unchained #4! Even though it's taken ages to come out, I don't blame Lee's baby arrival for delaying its release. Hopefully it'll be worth the wait if Snyder's teasers in interviews come to fruition in this issue. Batman/Superman looks fun as well and I do prefer Booth's artwork to Jae Lee's on the series.

Really? Fathers drop everything to attend the birth of their baby and their bosses are fine with it for the most part. I mean, wouldn't you hate it if work kept you from the birth of your baby? I admit it's not the best scheduling but given the circumstances, I think Lee can be forgiven on this occasion once one has the full context behind the delay.
@lvenger: Yeah now that i know why he was late sure, i was just saying isn't he a bit old to "just" have a baby. I mean...my grandpa was 60 when i was born, he will be 60 when he's kid is 11.
Templesmith is off of Ten Grand. That might be his art on the cover, but that is not his art in the interiors. I will still pick this issue up, but the previews leave me feeling unhappy. I guess we'll see if the story can carry to book without Templesmith's images to go along with it.

I'll be sure to send Jim Lee a note saying he's too old to have a kid because someone is really pissed SUPERMAN UNCHAINED was delayed a few weeks. I'm sure one person's anger is much more important than his personal life.
I was upset when Nightcrawler died. But showing him in apparently Heaven and leaving said place. I'm not sure if I comfortable with that. This is just something that comics and I are never going to agree on.
It's really great to see the Stark brothers get along so well, and that Tony has no issue with a brother that showed up out of nowhere. BUT, just because you CAN turn the world to look all Corusant-esqe doesn't necessarily mean you SHOULD.

No he's not. He left due to personal reasons which prevented him from doing his job, or so I read. But he's definitely gone. I guess Comic Vine aren't aware.
