What are you reading from Vertigo, or Image or Dynamite, or any other independent books?
What are you recommending?

Along with this, my favorite Vertigo stories are Lucifer, Hellblazer and Sandman. Definitely read Y: The Last Man as well.

Excited to get the lastest trade of "Scalped" (c'mon Amazon, hurry up).  Also will be reading "DMZ" vol 6 soon (or 7, can't remember but I know I ordered the right one).  Probably my two favorite ongoings.  My favorite book ever is "The Nightly News" by Jonathan Hickman.  Soon I wanna start reading "Y: the Last Man" and "the Boys".

Dude, Animal Man was so good! Nice obscure recommendation. As far as new series from Vertigo Sweet Tooth has been my favorite. Also checkout Image's Dynamo 5. The first trade was superheroics at its BEST!!

I've liked everything I've read from Radical. City of Dust is probably my favorite.

love Top Cow, aside from Hellboy and Invincible. They are the only two american comic companies I can stomach trying to keep up with.

@Crom-Cruach:  I highly recommend picking up just about anything from Dynamite if you get the chance. If it wasn't for the Thanos Imperative I would be collecting nothing but their titles. Right now Green Hornet is amazing, Project Superpowers is one of the best series I've ever read. And in August I'll be picking up the Last Phantom and once they start telling new stories I'll be collecting Vampirella.

@Nova`Prime`:  Loved Dynamite's Conan and Sonja runs. But as I have a budget (I'm paying all my university cash), I had to make choices. It was either reading Dynamite titles and dropping my regular purchases of Hellboy and some European Comic titles or dropping those Dynamite Titles I liked. Given my preferences, the choice was obvious, I dropped the Dynamite stuff and kept buying European Comics and Top Cow.

Since then I've gotten behind on them, and I'm just not sure if I could catch up again without a massive investment of money and time tracking them down.

*looks through his comics*, you are correct, only Sonja is at dynamite. My mistake...
