Third Wave?

So DC Released they're solicits today, and for example, Justice League International #12 is marked as the final issue, does this mean that it could be the beginning of the third wave of DC's New 52? If So what comics would you like to see in the third wave, and which would you like to see curl up and die?

JLI also appears to be the only one concluding at the moment, so I wouldn't quite call it the wave yet.
