Things you'll never change your mind about, comic-wise

No matter how many Boards i go to or people i talk to on them (8 years now), there are some things i'll never change my mind about. Do you have opinions like that?

1. Hulk is the strongest one there is.

2. No one is faster than the Flash.

3. Batman can beat anyone, given enough prep time.

4. Power Girl is the hottest character ever.

5. Mr. Fantastic is smarter than anyone.

6. Sentry sucks big hairy doo doo balls.

7. "Cat" Beast is an abomination and should be retconned to never have happened. Beast back in the Avengers, where he belongs!!!!

8. Ted Kord should never have died.

9. The core Defenders (Dr. Strange, Hulk, Namor, Silver Surfer) are the most powerful team ever.

10. In the end, comics should be enjoyed, not over analyzed.

You forgot to add that Aquaman pwns.

Very true, but, the man's done so much, and at DC, no one else commands as much respect and inspires as much dread as Lex. EXCEPT the Joker!

Nightwing is a great character

No matter if Aquaman's powers and costume suck, he is a great character thanks that he is a badass

Jaime is the best blue beetle, still Ted shouldn't have died

Teen titans are the best comic team

Green Lantern has surpassed any comic franchise and has become the best the comics have to offer

Ra's al ghul is batman's true greatest villain

Yeah, the #2 spot's definately up for grabs at Marvel.

-Spider-Man is the greatest hero ever who revolutionized what Comicbooks are about and is the most realistic character with the most depth to him.

-The Avengers and Fantastic Four are the best teams that can demonstrate how many different people can co-exist, have real problems and still work together while maintaining their personal relationships with each other

-The Earth X series is the GREATEST piece of literature ever written and braves the unchartered waters of the grim reality of life and craps on Kingdom Come

-DC 95% of the DCU are Superman Clones in one way or another

-The world would be better without Superman.

I think he's talking about characters like Supergirl, Powergirl, Superboy, the other Superboy, the other, other Superboy, Superman Prime, Eradicator (Return of Superman....those guys I guess), etc.

Dunno if those count as "clones" or not. Probably more like "inspired" characters, lol.

Well clearly Supergirl, Superboy etc. are based on Superman. But they come from his book. Similarly, Spider-man has multipe Spider-Women, Batman has Batgirl etc.

1The X-Men-verse is a universe within the Marvel universe and has influenced all around it.

2 Namor is far greatrer than anyone (besides myself) has realized.

3 Angel needs an upgrade.

4 Bishop need his own title with superstar writer and artist.

5 BP kills Batman

6 The Inhumans are liquid dynamite that the industry sleeps on

7 Milestone comics needs to be ressurected.

powergirl has the biggest rack, Adam Warlock is the go to guy when the fate of the universe is at stake, Galactus is not the UBER being and can be beaten, AND DC and Marvel are BOTH very good in their own ways.
