Improbable for the same reason as Laurel possibly becoming Black Canary. Thea has never been in a fight. It would take two or three seasons for me to realistically believe she could fight off a few thugs. That is not even counting her gaining the willingness and confidence to fight.
@blackwind: it s said that in the next episode that thea is leaving startling city and may be that she runs into the league of assassins because of some conation by her father. We could all see some thea center episodes that show her training
