It looks pretty impressive, especially the fight scenes. The entire trailer has a very Dark Knight/Man of Steel serious-superhero sort of vibe to it, though. Also, apparently Yashida isn't a Yakuza crime boss any longer, but appears to be some sort of industrialist. But if they can make an intense plot and immerse the movie in Japanese culture, this could go well.
On an unrelated note, the actress who plays Yukio is quite pretty.
