The Ultimate Boon: Skyfather Power

In Prince of Power by Greg Pak & Fred Van Lente it is revealed that anyone who gathered these ingredients would be able to achieve All-Father level power:

• Olympian Ambrosia
• Golden Apples of Idunn
• Book of Thoth
• Moon-cup of Dhanvantari

So my question is: Why don't more characters, especially supervillains, try to obtain the Ultimate Boon?

Here's a list of characters who i would assume would be interested in the Ultimate Boon:

• Doctor Doom
• Thanos
• Apocalypse
• Hyperstorm
• Mephisto
• Azazel
