Based off of the Xavier protocols and JLA protocols. I wanted to see if the vine could make up their own protocols for the characters below.
Rules:
You must write down a simple description of the characters known powers as well as write down the best way to take them out. (Describe weakness)
And if you want for kicks write down who would be the most efficient choice to take them down knowing their weaknesses and such. (Also don't use hulk or sentry or any other level hundrends unless absolutely necessary) also base it off of these
