The Good and Bad of Injustice (Video Game)

I'm just waiting for Zatanna's trailer, then maybe I'll pre order it...

Also, the goddamn Batman is there too....yeah..it will be awesome.

For me to get it I need to see Black Adam or Darkseid.And yes I do think it'll be a great game.

I think it will be pretty good.

Good: Gameplay looks like it'll be fun and the story might be interesting.

Bad: Some of the costumes are awful and I have a bad taste in my mouth from MK vs DC.

I think it'd be easier to judge once the game actually comes out though.

It looks like an awesome game. The only thing I don't like is joker's costume.... looks too.. old.. Cap. Marvel costume is good but the hood was too much. I wanna see what happens in the story so I could finally figure out how batman can fight supes without dying....

The game looks amazing and the maps too... I don't remember seeing neither the Watchtower nor Arkham Asylum. And I really liked how they are layered... you don't fight just in one area.

The only bad about those is WW face really. It could be much better.

The Good: The Arenas. They multilayered aspect makes it fresher than most fighting games. Also the environmental damage looks sleek.

The Bad (kind of): Feels exactly like Im playing MK. I'm getting this no matter what, I just feel like this is a pallett-swap of the last MK. It doesn't really do much to feel like a stand-alone franchise.

Both: Roster. The roster looks solid, and I can't wait to see who else gets added. The only problem is that it's mostly characters we've seen before. The need of Batman etc. is obvious, but did anyone really want Harley Quinn back? She's just taking up space where there could be new characters like Booster Gold or Hawkman or Black Adam.

It looks pretty good, hopefully this will redeem MK vs Dc. Im buying this one just for the story and um, Nightwing.

Pros

1. DC fighting game

2.lots of characters even some obscure ones

3.not just a beat em up as you can use the background and level in the fight

4.new ,sleek, looks to the characters make them not too comic book-y

5.great looking finishing moves

Cons

1.too many batman characters

2.not enough info as far as levels , characters or story is concerned

3.its not out yet

4.i do not have it in my hands

5.where's midnighter,apollo, or majestic???

Not a lot of talk about the combat engine here...

No way is it getting proper recognition in the FGC, regardless if it's a good game. MK9 was fun but couldn't sink as many hours in as say SSF4:AEv2012 and I'm WAY better at Mortal Kombat. Also it's back to block, which I just don't like in an MK game (cause that's what it is)

They've instantly handicapped themselves by having a fighter's concept put together before making movesets and balancing, which is why it's been announced for ages with characters trickled out for so long just making sure it still works as a fighting game.

Don't get me wrong I'm buying this day one, but I'd be very surprised if I spend any more than 20 hours on it.

I'm just waiting for more female characters. So far we have three, and while a fan of all three, that just doesn't seem like enough. Ed Boon did assure fans that there would be more "girls" (plural), but something tells me were only going to see a total of 5 female characters...which will bother me, as well as others quite a bit.
