This is not a battle thread, so i kept it in general discussion.

Ive follow a debate online, where a guy explained Superman lost in a battle against The Darkness... which didnt make much sense to me. Honestly i dont know much about The Darkness as a character, but isnt he weak againt light or something? How did he defeat Superman? Was it PIS or bad writing? Or was it a straight fight, its just me that doest know enough about The Darkness powers?

The Darkness is insanely powerful when used right, apparently.

Superman never lost to the Darkness. It's also a non-canon crossover, so even if he had been defeated, it would be inconsequential. 
 
The Darkness is weak against light, but can resist its effects to varying degrees. And the Darkness/Superman fight occurred at night, so light was not a problem. But either way, Jackie is nowhere near Superman's level. His potential is vast; his current power, however, is not.
