They're really taking these TV show thing and rolling with.

Not a huge fan of zombies myself and the TWD has been increasingly stale to the point of I'm ready to drop it, so we'll see what happens.

As a fan of iZombie, I have no faith in this show whatsoever. It'd be better off as an animated series.

Marvel vs DC TV battle. DC is winning at the moment becuase Agents of SHIELD is HORRENDOUS. I like this though, more TV shows = happier me

I'm not even mad because Arrow so far has been awesome. Sure there are a lot of sappy love scenes but it's a fair price to pay.

Never read it, but it sounds cheesy - DC should adapt bigger characters like Flash and GA. I don't care about Gotham or Hourman. I'm glad Marvel are doing mini-series on some of their major characters, its certainly making up for the horrific- disaster that S.H.I.E.L.D has become.

Well I' Zombie isn't your regular zombie. She speaks and is pretty normal.

@jonny_anonymous: Never read it.

I'll check it out when it comes out, at least.

Just not a zombie person.

Smallville was less painful.

It looked pretty cool form what I have seen. I wish it were on Netflix.

Just sayin' this war is getting out of hand. Arrow comes on, ABC orders a SHIELD series. Quicksilver is being tossed between studios, Flash TV series goes into immediate development. Constantine, Gotham and Hourman are announced, Marvel hits back with Daredevil, Luke Cage, Jessica Jones, Iron Fist and Defenders mini-series. Hours later, an 'I, Zombie' show is announced by DC/WB Entertainment.

@tyrus: This just in! Marvel announced a "Marvel Zombies" mini series on the Sci-fi network :p

I'm not surprised. Too many crap-comic-adaptions are being released like Arrow and SHIELD. A lot more are to come...

Wow, I hope WB announces a Flash, WW, Shazam and Aquaman movie soon to compete with Marvel.

Will I Zombie even have DC branding on it as it's actually a Vertigo book?

#23 Edited by HumanRocket (9378 posts) - - Show Bio

Another one that I will not be watching. None of the comic book adaptations have been good not marvel not DC so ill pass on all of them.

Sure. The Watchmen movie had DC's brand on it.

Well Watchmen was a DC book...

I love IZombie, but really wish it wasn't made for the CW....

Subsequent editions weren't under Vertigo's banner?

Why would it have a Vertigo banner when the series itself wasn't a Vertigo series?

I thought it was just okay at first, but the episodes have been getting better and better.

I have never read the series but it seems as an interesting plotline for a TV show.

Only time will tell. I dig Arrow but never heard of Izombie
