Not sure about best, but here are a few candidates:

Black Knight, Blade, DS, DP, Nightcrawler, Swordsman, Ra's al Ghul, Ogun, uh Logan and Silver Samurai? Does Taskmaster count?

Ra'al Ghul, Blade, Batman, Deathstroke, Nightcrawler, Deadpool, Silver Samurai, Katana, Talia al Ghul, Wonder Woman, Wolverine etc.

Probably some crazy good indie character from a joke title.
