I think telekinesis would be one of the best powers you can have. Check this out:

I would prefer invisibility or flight

I feel like more of these you have to really train yourself. Especially the bend light thing. I remember in Psyren that was a really high level ability to be able to grab light particles.

"Omni Power" like the dial h for hero dials give u, would b fun. it would never get boring, u get totally diiferent powers every time its used.

Shape shifting can do all this i can tranform into someone attractive, I can transform my body so that i have super strength, and I can transform into someone in power so people will worshop me.

I think a few of those listed are outside the abilities of telepathy personally.

Power Cosmic is the best power, you can do everything in your list and much more.

Quantum manipulation or Reality Warping because physics

Reality Warping

Absolute force manipulation.

Omnipotence

Telekinesis seems pretty dope. Can't think of any side effects and it applies in a lot of situations.

For more practical use, probably omniscience.
