The 9th episode of Daredevil?

I've just watched the 9th episode of the Daredevil series and there's something I really don't understand. Why Kingpin didn't unmasked Matthew? and there was a liter of blood on the floor of the warehouse, why he didn't pick up some of it for analyzes? hell, Fisk have had two way to discover the real identity of the "man in black" and he wasted them both

He thought Daredevil was finished. I doubt he cared who he was. Plus, don't the DNA blood tests that police do only work if there is an existing match in a criminal database?

Cause he was cocky I guess?

DNA matching doesn't work unless theres a suspect or a match in database

And how do you know he wasn't going to unmask him once they killed him.... but he got away
