Have to go with Thanos he is a little more of a sophisticated villain then Darkseid

Darkseid must win.

Thanos although Darksied used to be my favourite over the past couple of year's I've grown to like Thanos more. they were always my 2 favourite's from their respective companies though.

who ever broe the tie and made Thanos when, I curse you! :P
