A team buster doesn't depend on strength, it depends on someone can fight a numerous amount of people at once. Spidey isn't as strong as let's say ultron, but he's definitely a team buster with how fast he moves how quickly he reacts and his spider sense. You need speed and reactions to be a team buster not strength.
