The comics industry has made some serious changes over the years, to the point that the entire key demographic has been drastically changed. Comics were originally targeted at young children. Sold for a few pennies with a quick set-up, action sequence and some quippy puns. Now-a-days, comics are deeper, darker and more about story-telling. This sounds like a good thing, but more than one person will tell you that the comics industry has lost some of its allure. I myself am fairly new to comics and would love to get some different opinions. Where do you think comics are going and if you had the reins, where would you take them?
