Superman siderman crossover worth it?

If there was a superman v spiderman amalgam would superman gain anything from being able to shoot webs and a spidey sence?

@w0nd: I was getting at, since supes has ftl he can move to wherever the webs are going grab/move whatever he needed done and be back before the web was attached anyway.

well captain universe spiderman didnt really use them.
