Ok first off I'm not a big dc fan was just bored at work thinking stuff up. I don't know how power full prime is heard he's a Fking beast tho. Him versus a modern superman with a blue lantern ring since superman has taken it upon him self to be a image of hope. Suposivly the most power full ring but only if another ring is present.
