Image Comics:
Captain Dymano and supervillainess Chrysalis had a daughter, Synergy.
Draconis (supervillain) and Zephyr Noble had a child, though his fate was unclear.

Wildchild is not Wolverine and Sabretooth's child. In fact Wildchild is of no family relation of neither Logan nor victor. they just have the same mutant powers and all three from canada.  
 
Sabretooth and Wolverine's child........Ewww. Someone knows all there is to know about the crying game.

@weaponx:  So am I, so am I... maybe Galactus confused her for, and with Storm? I hear that cosmic being's eyes are vulnerable in the hours between night and day, since there normal vision interferes with their night vision and vice versa, just like Vampires!
