This would how it would go down.

Superman: captured and thrown into red-light room, 24-hours guards guarding the cell with AK-47s.

Spider-man: captured by fbi and thrown into steel room.

Iron man: jumped by government employees and thrown into prison.

Namor: Navy gets him.

Supergirl: same as supes

Zatanna: thrown into prison.

Wonder woman: thrown into prison.

Batman: Be forced to work for the government.

X-23: Thrown into prison

Teen titans: thrown into prison

Marvel mavel: thrown into red-light room, 24-hour guard.

Creeper: captured and experimented on.

Martian manhunter: experimented on after being captured.

JLA: Captured and experimented on.

X-MEN: Captured and experimented on.

Young justice: captured and experimented on

Power girl: experimented on.

ETC.

ETC.

The thing comic book writers do is to make the comic books part of a realistic world, what happens in the comics would most certainly happen in real life. Besides, people have read comic books, they would welcome people like that.

Aside from the fact this thread is already terrible, it's even more terrible that through his logic he put Superman into some special captivation while he merely puts Wonder Woman in prison. How on earth will ever get through those big steel bars...
