Who is it and why?

Whis, was stated to be stronger than Bills.

But i think that Vegito has enough unknow potential to be strongest in series, we still haven't seen him in SSJ2, SSJ3 or SSJ God

Broly, his power is maximum.

Vegito and Gogeta IMO

canon fusions would have to be Vegeto.

I was always under the impression that Gohan was the strongest because of his hidden power.
