Oh this is just getting stupid now. Your threads are becoming really inane. I like Superman but does that mean I want to do a degree that involves studying for alien life? NO because I got really rubbish science grades. Do you have the grades in the correct subjects to study meteorology? I doubt it. They're kind of essential if you want to study something in the future. Liking Storm and gaining some weather based facts as a result is not really the reason to consider studying something.

What i mean was if they have thought about taking up meteorology, not really taking it up but if it crossed their mind.
@jhazzroucher: i think you need to stay away from comic vine and comic books in general for awhile. because i've never seen anyone be this obsessed with a fictional charecter that they want a career in meteorology just because that charecter talked about it.

but it's not that weird. I mean, with meteorology yes, but maybe some people were inspired or got interested in lawyer and detective work by some of these characters.
Although Meteorology is just.... NO. It's kinda boring. I get some people like it, but I like Thor a lot but I have no interest in the weather

Well, I'm obviously a Storm fan and I also like Thor.
I kinda gained more knowledge about the weather because of Ororo Munroe and her fans.
I believe Thor fans also gained knowledge.
Because of that, I am kinda thinking about taking meteorology. Not sure if i'm gonna study again but it crossed my mind. : )
So did you Storm and Thor fans think about taking meteorology too?
Ok now I understand you like storm and thor and I do to they botht are my fav characters, but maybe you shouldnt listen to a fictional character. Do something YOU want to do not because storm or thor said so. Plus your tampering with your life you don't want to study something and then come to find out you just wasted your whole life on something stupid and you will say "Thanks alot Storm! and Thor! >:-/ YOU have been a big help!". All i'm saying is just do something YOU think makes you happy or YOU have intreast in. Seriously don't listen to a fictional character if she/he was real i'm pretty sure they will say the same thing. Also you really don't have to make a thread about this haha :) Just ask in a Gen. Thread has anyone taking Meteorology and hey! given the advice you get from them may determine if you want to or not. I'm just trying to help you out fellow storm fan. :-)
