Ok I was wondering who is better Steel - Hank Heywood or Citizen Steel Nate Heywood ? who is cool, Stronger, Faster, More liked and all around best of the best and Why ?
Steel or Citizen Steel ?
@Stormbox:
Oh. I thought he meant this Steel.
@Kid_Omega_Prime: Nathan had a really compelling story what with the whole amputee thing followed by being completely physically numb. It was also badder then hell when he took down Gog when even E-22. Superman couldn't.
I liked Hank II, and Hank III, but I think my favorite is Nathan.

I've always liked Steel more.
Citizen Steel is much more durable. I think he might be stronger, but I think Steel's hammer hits harder. He's also faster.
Ok i'm not talking about John Henry Irons Steel. I'm talking about theis guys.
@Kid_Omega_Prime: ehm...well the long answer would just be his CV wiki entry, so I'll go with a short answer x"D
Because I think he's a great character. He acts to nearly everyone who's younger than he himself like a big brother.
and the only thing he really wishes for, is to feel when his nieces and nephews hug him. (because his whole body is now made of organic metal he can't feel anything anymore =/ )

Wow kind off make want to cry. This dude sounds awesome. He can't fill at all ? like Mettle ?
Nope, the suit covers all his nerves. (And he can't control his strength without it, so it would be too dangerous to touch anyone without it on). I don't believe he ever had this "fixed" pre-52.
What I just thought of now though - while not ideal, he could have someone touch their hand against his jaw/chin area, just to feel human skin/warmth. (And, if he wouldn't feel like it would be a tease of something he couldn't have long-term, he could still kiss a girl).

oh and his costume isn't just there for fashion, it slows him down and and weakens him, because he would be too strong without it.
Oh.. ok. So how powerfull is he without the suit then ?

Due to the fact that Nathan no longer has feeling in his body and his strength is so great, the JSA create a special uniform made from the alloy designed to protect space craft on re-entry. This uniform is basically forged onto his body to limit and restrain his movement. During the JSA fight with Gog Nathan removes the top half of his uniform to strike Gog down. He is successful in taking Gog down with a single blow something Superman from Earth-22 couldn't accomplish. The exact limit of his strength is as yet unknown.
I read this as: "He's stronger than Superman"
oh and btw that's Gog
Hank Heywood never really got a fair shot. The Detroit years of the Justice League are pretty universally reviled, and Heywood is forever linked to that, thanks in no small part to his death at the end of the run. I always considered Nate Heywood as Geoff Johns' revival of the Hank Heywood character. Essentially setting right a character that DC got wrong the first time around. That's why I'm not surprised to see Johns bring back Vibe.

If I remember right, he once got a kiss and didn't feel it. (and if I could remember in which JSA Issue it was, I would make a screenshot >.<)

I remember a girl he rescued & was helping rehab (her injuries) fell for him (& he had to turn her away without explanation), but I don't remember the details (if it the kiss was on that open area of a suit...that's a little odd he didn't feel it).

It was because of the kiss. I'm not sure anymore, if it was a french kiss or just a normal kiss, but Nate couldn't feel it.
@EMH_Bruce: I was under the impression it was the suit that caused him to not be able to feel anything (the way it was bonded to the skin). And that it was the options of:
1) No suit -- be able to feel, but have no control of powers & hurt those close to him or
2) Wear suit - have powers controlled, but sadly not be able to feel.
@EMH_Bruce: wheeeellllllp.....I do believe, I was under the wrong impression. They should have arranged some more battle-ready method of containment for his powers then. Something where he could easily "lose the suit" and access his full strength for use against very tough threats.

Yeah, that would've been good, but he's even with hist suit a good fighter.
and if he isn't around/too slow for a big threat there's still Al.

Wait What ?... Stronger then Superman ?..... But Supe's can move planets. This dose not sound right ?
@Kid_Omega_Prime: @lightsout: Either that or Kingdom Come Superman is weaker than the "normal" Superman.
(Superman from Earth-22 is Kingdom Come Superman)

Actually, i think kc superman is more powerful than regular superman since lex luthor said kryptonite didnt affect him anymore after all those years under solar radiation
Also, he survived the blast that killed most metas at the end
@EMH_Bruce: When the same Superman (KC-who-was-on-New-Earth) was in the pages of Superman, he took a hit from a guy (forgot name) that sent "normal" Superman flying. This scene usually is used to show KC superman being much more powerful (that, and with his advanced age he's soaked up more sun (which I've never liked the reasoning of...but that's not the topic)). Personally, I think physics-wise both supermen weigh roughly the same, so if they're not moving they should both fly back from the same force applied (regardless of who's the strongest/most-powerful/has-most-energy)....ie: it's purely to look cool when writing, not something to take a lot of stock in. (My quick counter thought would be KC Supes' fight vs Captain Marvel - the powers Billy receives should be a constant (doesn't matter that he's older), yet it was roughly as equal as it always was (as opposed to whooping him, as that scene^ would imply he should be able to do).
Although it's tough to apply logical continuity with comics, because characters appear in different titles and are not written by the same person all the time, I think that if CS was truly considerably more powerful (given "effect had on Gog") than a Superman who we're supposed to believe is much stronger than "normal" Supes, the JSA should have had things a LOT easier (battle wise). I think it's simply that it's the JSA's book, not the JLA's (granted, different Superman, but I'm just saying Superman was not meant to be a star in this instance).
@Stormbox: @lightsout: I know that, but this:
Wait What ?... Stronger then Superman ?..... But Supe's can move planets. This dose not sound right ?
irritated me.
If I think about it, maybe it's because Nate is heavier than KC Superman Õ.ô idk, I'll look into the comic tomorrow to see what happend again, I'm too tired to do it know. ^^" (I block most things out about Gog, I hate him Dx)
i have a different question about steel and citizen steel. I noticed the grandfather the original commander steel is from Earth Two. So what about steel and citizen steel... are they also from Earth Two or are they from New Earth ? oh I would so pick citizen steel... why because he looks cool, stronger the superman and well i like the costume LOL.

Technically, they're all New Earth inhabitants after COIE.
